MS Junction Box

MS Junction Box allows the connection of wires in a neat and easily accessible form. Manufactured from durable mild steel material with the help of our highly advanced machine, the fittings are available in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit the specific needs of the clients and the electrical setup.

SS Junction Box

Stainless steel boxes are made of SS304/SS316/SS316L grade sheets for maximum protection from rust, grease, dust, water etc. Constructed from premium stainless steel, our modular boxes are built to withstand harsh environments and ensure the long-term reliability of electrical setup

FRP Junction Box

Metatech Power Solutions Junction boxes are available in FRP/Sheet metal with Aluminum/Copper Bus bars or Terminal Blocks used for termination of cables of Low, Medium & High voltage capacity. This product provides a maintenance free solution to motor terminations. Control & Lighting JBs in FRP Enclosure ensures all weather proof application & maintenance free operation.

Aluminium Die Cast Junction Box

All aluminium enclosures provided by Metatech are heavy duty IP66, IP67, IP68, IP69K Aluminium Die Cast Enclosures providing premium quality with highest specification for all our Aluminium Junction Boxes. Galvanized Junction Box

Designed for general purpose indoor or outdoor commercial use as a junction, pull or switch box.

Features:

Formed and spot welded from 16 gauge G90 steel.
Flat steel covers fastened with plated steel screws.
Keyhole slots permit cover to be lifted off without removing screws entirely.
Easily removed knockouts on all 4 sides (see drawings for sizes and locations).
Through holes in back for wall mounting.
Grounding location embossed in body.

Polycarbonate Box

Polycarbonate enclosures and boxes are an ideal solution for outdoor commercial and industrial applications. Meeting at least NEMA 4X and IP65/IP66/IP67 requirements, our polycarbonate cases are UL listed, waterproof and weatherproof. Durable, lightweight, impact-resistant, and UV-stabilized, polycarbonate is a preferred non-metallic material for outdoor electronic and electrical applications. Many of our polycarbonate boxes have a clear cover option for quick visibility of internal components.

Polycarbonate material is ideal for manufacturing heavy-duty enclosure boxes due to its unique properties, such as:
Extremely durable and resistant to impacts
Thermoplastic material that can be repeatedly heated and cooled without integrity loss

Control Post
